🚚 Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

At G-SCRUB, your satisfaction matters to us. If the product isn’t what you expected, we’ll work with you to make it right.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be: Unused, Unopened, In original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

We’ll reply with instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

🔄 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (once approved) and place a new order.

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, you’ll receive the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Some banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

This is me, Dylan. I probably just pulled a ball out of a bunker. Spoiler: it wasn’t clean… That’s why we created G-Scrub.


Stephen is the tech mind behind G-Scrub. From setting up our website to building systems that keep everything running smoothly, he brings the digital side of the brand to life. If it’s connected, automated, or optimized — Stephen made it happen.


Meet my dad — the mastermind behind how G-Scrub was made. While we had the idea, he had the know-how. Thanks to his years in manufacturing (and his endless patience), G-Scrub went from a muddy golf joke to the product we’re proud to share with the world.
