Privacy Policy

If you’re just browsing or shopping retail

Retail purchases happen on Amazon, not here. We don’t see your card, your name, or your shipping address for those orders — Amazon handles all of it under its own privacy policy. On this site we only collect:

• Your email address, if you choose to join a launch list. We also record which product you signed up for, so we know what to tell you about.
• Basic usage data — pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type — through Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser.

If you apply for or use a wholesale account

The wholesale portal is a real ordering system, so it collects more. When you apply, we collect and store your business details: legal business name and trade name, business type, business address, phone, website, the contact person’s name and role, the state that issued your resale certificate, and the certificate PDF you upload.

We never ask for your tax ID, EIN, or SSN on this website — there is deliberately no field for it. Your state resale certificate already contains it; that document is emailed to us and is not stored in our database.

When you place a wholesale order, we store the order itself: what you ordered, what you paid, the shipping address it goes to, and the tracking numbers for your boxes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what a given service needs to do its job:

• Stripe — processes wholesale payments. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems.
• Shippo — buys the real carrier shipping labels for wholesale orders, which requires your shipping address.
• Neon — the database that stores wholesale accounts, applications, orders, and launch-list signups.
• Resend — sends our transactional and launch-list emails.
• Vercel — hosts the website.
• Google Analytics — website usage measurement.

When you click a “Buy on Amazon” link you leave our site and Amazon’s privacy policy applies to everything that happens there.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to measure how the site is used. If you sign in to a wholesale account, we also set a session cookie so you stay signed in — that one is required for the portal to work at all. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking the session cookie will prevent you from signing in.

How long we keep it

Launch-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Wholesale account, application, and order records are kept while your account is active and afterwards as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from launch updates at any time using the link in any email. You can also email us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion — we’ll honor reasonable requests, except where we’re required to keep records (for example, completed orders and their tax records).

Children

This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
