You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, interfere with it, or attempt to access it in any unauthorized way. You confirm you are of legal age in your place of residence, or have a parent or guardian’s consent, to use the site.

Where you can buy

You can buy G-SCRUB directly on this website, on Amazon, or on TikTok Shop.

• Orders placed on this website are sold by G-SCRUB LLC and are covered by the Terms of Sale below.
• Orders placed on Amazon or TikTok Shop are completed on that platform and governed by its terms, prices, and policies. Tracking, return, and refund requests are made through the platform and follow the terms applicable to that order; see Shipping & Returns.

Terms of Sale for orders placed on this website

Who you’re buying from. Orders placed on g-scrub.com are sold by G-SCRUB LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Clermont, Florida.

Who can order. You must be at least 18, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission, to place an order. Orders placed here are for personal use; businesses that resell G-SCRUB buy through a wholesale account. We ship only to addresses in the United States, and we may limit quantities per order.

Your order. Prices and availability can change until you complete payment. After you pay, we email you an order confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is no longer available, a price or product detail was clearly listed in error, or the order looks fraudulent. If that happens, we’ll tell you by email.

Prices, shipping, and sales tax. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping is free. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your delivery address, wherever we’re required to collect it, and you see it before you pay. Promotion codes, when we offer them, have no cash value and can’t be applied to past orders. Welcome offer. New email subscribers get a one-time code for 10% off a first order on g-scrub.com. One use per customer; not valid on Amazon or wholesale orders; it can’t be combined with other offers; it expires 30 days after you sign up.

Payment. Payment is processed by Stripe and charged when you place the order. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.

Shipping, ownership, and risk of loss. We ship by USPS within the times shown on Shipping & Returns. The products stay ours, and so does the risk of loss or damage, until the package is delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds. Returns, refunds, cancellations, and problems with an order follow Shipping & Returns, which is part of these Terms of Sale.

Using the products. Use each product only as directed on its label. Keep it out of reach of children, test it on a small hidden area first, and follow the care instructions for your shoes, clubs, and equipment. Safety Data Sheets are available on request for business and professional users at sales@g-scrub.com.

Our liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product you bought here is limited to what you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

Questions and disputes. If something goes wrong, email sales@g-scrub.com first. A person will reply, and most problems are solved there. These Terms of Sale are governed by Florida law, like the rest of these terms.

Changes. The terms in effect when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.

Wholesale orders are placed here

Approved wholesale accounts order directly on this site and pay here. Wholesale is for businesses reselling G-SCRUB and for bulk buyers, and requires an approved account with a current resale certificate on file. Applying does not guarantee approval, and we may decline or suspend an account at our discretion.

Wholesale orders are prepaid: product and real carrier shipping are both charged when you place the order. The full ordering, payment, shipping, backorder, and return terms are on the Wholesale Terms page, and they govern wholesale orders. Wholesale pricing is confidential to your account.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Product information and pricing

We work to keep product descriptions, images, and details accurate, but we can’t guarantee that all content on this website is always complete, current, or error-free. Products marked “Coming Soon” are not yet for sale, and their details may change before launch. Product claims are limited to routine cleaning and gear care; G-SCRUB products are not represented to improve performance, scores, or equipment beyond cleaning.

Intellectual property

The G-SCRUB name, logo, text, images, and design on this website are the property of G-SCRUB and may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, G-SCRUB is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the website. Always follow the care instructions for your specific shoes, clubs, and equipment, and test any cleaning product on a small area first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
