Wholesale terms

Wholesale is for businesses reselling G-SCRUB — pro shops, golf courses, pet shops, groomers, veterinary clinics, kennels, retailers — and for bulk buyers such as tournaments, outings, facilities and corporate gifting. You need an approved account and a current resale certificate on file. If your certificate expires or turns out not to be valid, we may ask for an updated copy and suspend wholesale access until we have one.

Your first order starts at a starter kit, or 12 units per product in steps of 6, and you can mix any products in the same order.

Reorder minimum is 6 units per product, in steps of 6. You place orders yourself from your account.

Wholesale pricing isn’t published on this page. Your per-unit pricing is shown in your account the moment your application is approved. Your opening order also includes a free counter display.

One price per unit applies at any quantity — there are no volume discounts, on purpose: a smaller shop shouldn’t pay more per unit for being smaller.

Pricing is revisited as an account grows, based on what the shop actually sells through. Any improvement is agreed with you — it isn’t automatic and isn’t tied to a fixed number of orders.

Orders are prepaid by credit card through Stripe.

Net-30 becomes available after 3 completed reorders. Until then, product and shipping are both charged when you place the order.

Your first order can ship free. When your account is approved we email you a single-use code, good for 60 days. It covers the lowest ground rate on a first order of a Starter Kit, or of loose bottles totaling $450 or more in product. It doesn’t apply to custom or Club Monogram orders and doesn’t combine with other promotions.

On every order after that you pick a carrier and speed at checkout and pay the real rate for it, the same as any online purchase.

Orders ship from our Clermont, Florida location. Bottles are packed by product in small boxes, 6 foam bottles or up to 9 spray bottles each, and the boxes travel together in one larger carton whenever that ships for less, as a Starter Kit does. Every package has its own tracking number, which shows up in your account once it’s generated.

We aim to dispatch within 2–3 business days of payment, subject to availability.

Online orders are accepted only in complete cases that are available from stock assigned to the wholesale channel. We do not charge unavailable units or create an automatic backorder.

When you continue to payment, the complete quantity is reserved briefly while Checkout is open. An abandoned or expired Checkout releases that stock automatically. If a product is unavailable, an approved account can request a one-time back-in-stock email.

We accept returns for quality problems or a defect with the product.

We don’t accept returns of unsold inventory. Stock that didn’t sell through isn’t a product fault, and buying at wholesale means taking that risk on.

If an order arrives damaged, send us photos of the product and the packaging. We’ll replace the affected units or credit them, whichever you prefer. Tell us as soon as you can after delivery so we can raise it with the carrier if needed.

No exclusivity. We do not grant exclusive territories.

G-SCRUB products may not be listed on Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace or any other online marketplace.

This is the term that protects the price every account depends on: once a product is listed online it is priced against every other seller, and the margin your shop is buying into stops existing. Listing online ends wholesale access.

Wholesale pricing can change. The price that applies is the one shown in your account when you place the order, and it’s confirmed on your invoice.
