The terms, up front
First order minimum
A Starter Kit, or 6 units per product in steps of 6, with no order minimum.
Reorder minimum
6 units per product in steps of 6, with no order minimum.
Payment
Prepaid by credit card through Stripe. Net-30 becomes available only after 3 completed reorders.
Shipping
Your first order ships free when it's a Starter Kit or $450 or more in loose bottles, using the code shown in your account. After that you pick carrier and speed at checkout and pay the real rate.
Lead time
We aim to ship within 3 business days of payment. If we can't, we'll email you a new ship date, and you can cancel the order for a full refund.
Returns
No returns except for a defect or damage in transit — the product is a consumable.
Territory
No exclusivity. We do not grant exclusive territories.
Online resale
Prohibited. No Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace or any other online marketplace.
